What is Dollar Eats?
Dollar Eats is an app that gives you access to a family of restaurant brands (Clubs) that serve delicious, fast meals at affordable prices. Club members pay only $5 per month to join any one of the clubs in the app. Significant member discounts are offered everyday, at any club location, and across the entire menu. Our menus offer a variety of delicious and quick meals, starting at just $1.

How do I become a member?
Simply download the free Dollar Eats app from the Apple Store or Google Play and sign up for an account. It’s that simple!
Will I be forced to sign a long-term commitment?
Not at all. Membership to the club does not involve any long-term commitments. Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. If you enjoy the many benefits of the program, simply allow the auto-renew feature to renew your membership monthly. It’s that simple.
By popular demand, we have added an annual membership plan for just $36 for 12 months. That’s a whopping 40% savings!
Do I have to show valid photo ID to use my membership?
Yes. In accordance with the Terms of Use, you must show valid physical photo ID to the staff at the time of payment in addition to your member QR code. Valid photo ID accepted is a physical driver’s license, student ID, or U.S. passport. If you do not show valid ID with your QR code, you will not receive the member discount. No exceptions.

Please click on the Locations link on the header menu to open the Locations page. There, you will find the most up-to-date list of locations nationwide.
How much does the club membership cost?
Club memberships fees are $5.00 per month, plus sales tax and processing fees. We also offer a 12 month membership plan at just $36 for the year. That’s a 40% savings!

How do I redeem my Dollar Eats club discounts?
Simply open the Dollar Eats app on your smart phone and click on Show QR Code. You must also show valid physical photo identification along with your QR Code. This includes: valid driver’s license, student ID, or U.S. Passport.. Scan your unique QR code at the restaurant to unlock your membership benefits.
Can I still visit a Dollar Eats location if I’m not a member?
Of course. Club members get extra special deals, but we still offer the same delicious food at affordable prices for everyone. You just won’t be able to enjoy the really steep member discount prices. Why wouldn’t you join?
Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes, you can use your membership at any restaurant location.
How do I cancel my membership?
IT’s simple. Open the app, go to the Account page, scroll to the bottom, and click on the Cancel Subscription link. Your membership will expire at the end of the cadence period for the last paid invoice (30 days), in accordance with the Terms of Use. You will no longer receive renewal invoices.
Can I pause my membership?
No. There is no pause feature. You are responsible to maintain your subscription status.
Can I downgrade from an Annual membership to a Monthly?
No. Prior to the time of purchase of the Annual Membership, the app clearly states that you are not permitted to downgrade.
Can I get a refund/partial refund of the location is closed for the holidays?
No. From time to time, some locations may be closed for specific holidays or for school breaks. It is your responsibility to be aware of such closings and to manage your own subscription status.
Remember, your membership payment covers an entire month’s use of the discount service.
Special closures will be posted in the store or may also appear on the Google page of the location.
Can my friend use my membership?
No. Your membership is validated through a unique QR code that is specifically tied to you and your device. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. If you share, or transfer, your unique member QR code, your membership will be terminated immediately and you will be placed on a denial of service list.
Can I get a refund of my membership if I do not use it?
No. We will not refund any part of your membership fee, whether monthly or annually, for any period of non-use on your part, regardless of situation or circumstance. Memberships are not tied to one physical club location, but rather gives you access to all clubs at all locations across the country. While there will be no refunds honored, you may, of course, cancel your membership at any time.
Do the clubs offer delivery service?
Select Dollar Slice Club locations do offer delivery through partnerships with national 3rd party online ordering services, including UberEats, GrubHub, and Doordash. The list of 3rd party online ordering services may change without notice. Please check with these third-party delivery platforms for availability for the location nearest you.
When ordering for delivery through these third-party services, we cannot honor the membership pricing, since these services has no means of validating your membership.
To receive your membership discounts, simply call your nearest location and order for pick-up. You would simply present your valid QR code at the time of pick-up.
How can I place a pick-up order?
Glad you asked! Simply call any Dollar Slice Club location for free and fast pick-up service. Member pricing is honored for all valid members at the time of pick-up. Simply click on the Locations link to get the phone number for any location.
